JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee will be responsible for the overall well-being of the animals (swine facility). This would include daily chores, animal health, maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, cleaning, disinfecting, biosecurity, and safety.
This job will be located at our K and K swine facility near Buhler, Ks.
Maintenance background is extremely beneficial.
Communication with co-workers and supervisor daily.
Biosecurity is a top priority for our farms to ensure the safety and health of our employees and our livestock.
Proper treatment and care of animals at all times is a must.
Summary
As a Swine Caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of swine, ensuring their health and well-being. Reporting to the Farm Manager, your core skills in animal handling and care will be essential in maintaining a safe and productive environment. Your premium knowledge of swine caretaking, along with relevant skills in sanitation and maintenance, will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
