What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll support TALKE’s award-winning logistics‑ operations through:
- Safe, efficient forklift operation
- Following all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines
- Supporting operations across multiple departments:
- Outbound: picking pallets + loading containers
- Inbound: binning new pallets
- Inventory: maintaining yard health
- P&S / PRM: production support pallet moves
- Protecting products, equipment, and customer property
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Completing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience operating propane-powered sit-down forklifts
- 2+ years forklift experience
- Forklift certification required
- Container loading
- Able to read and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to move large loads
AVAILABLE SCHEDULES
Inbound – Dupont Schedule (12-Hour Shifts)
A rotation with generous off days:
- 4 Days On – 7 Off
- 4 Nights On – 3 Off
- 3 Days On – 1 Off
- 3 Nights On – 3 Off
- Then the rotation restarts.
Outbound – Rotating Shift Schedule (10-Hour Shifts)
- 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights
- Mandatory 2nd Saturday
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM
