3Y Health is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and their caregivers throughout California. This role focuses on assessments, caregiver coaching, and parent-led intervention in a collaborative, family-centered model.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide caregiver training and parent coaching to support skill development and behavior change.
- Deliver parent-led ABA services in the home.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment recommendations as needed.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with families and the broader care team to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Eligible to work as a W-2 employee in California.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
