Field Network Copier Technician
Payrate: $22.00 - 27.00 per hour
We are actively hiring a Field Network Copier Technician based near Minnetonka, MN to install and configure copier and printer equipment across client sites. This role is ideal for someone with field service, IT support, or equipment installation experience who enjoys working independently, traveling, and solving technical problems on-site.

What You’ll Do
- Install and set up copiers, printers, and scanning equipment at customer locations
- Connect devices to client networks (TCP/IP, drivers, scanning tools)
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues on-site
- Train end users on basic operation and best practices
- Complete service reports, documentation, and client sign-off
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installations
What You Need
- Experience in field service, installation, or technical support
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, device connectivity)
- Comfortable working in Windows environments
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting and moving copier/scanner equipment safely
- Must be able to commute to Minnetonka, MN area regularly
Preferred Experience (But Not Required)
- Copier or printer experience (Canon, HP, Sharp, etc.)
- Field technician or equipment installation background
- Experience training customers or end users
