Field Supervisor (Roofing, Siding & Exterior Remodeling)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Supervisor to oversee residential roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling projects. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with customers and installation crews.

Responsibilities
· Supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects from start to finish.
· Monitor job sites to ensure work is progressing safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
· Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and installation crews throughout each project.
· Provide guidance, support, and problem-solving to crews as needed.
· Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before project completion.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
· Oversee and enforce all safety procedures and safe work practices.
· Ensure proper roofing installation techniques and manufacturer specifications are followed.
· Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed.
· Return unused materials and maintain accurate inventory.
· Complete and maintain daily job reports, documentation, and other required paperwork.
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license.
· Supervisory or crew leadership experience is a plus but not required.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
· Ability to lift 70–100 pounds.
· Ability to work outdoors in varying seasonal weather conditions.
· Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts when necessary.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
