Strause Refrigeration, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, assisting with deliveries, and managing inventory to ensure our technicians have the materials they need to successfully complete service calls. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being a key support role for a growing service team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts, equipment, and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering/restocking as needed
- Prepare and stage materials for upcoming service calls and installations
- Assist with loading and unloading service trucks and deliveries
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Track and label inventory for easy access and accountability
- Assist with occasional local pickups or deliveries
- Support technicians and office staff with parts and material needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Forklift experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on workload

Experience:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts management experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or a trades-related environment is a plus
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and service parts is helpful
- Experience with shipping/receiving and handling deliveries preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory organization and tracking
- Brazing experience is a plus
Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
