You will serve as the technical authority on-site, guiding installation teams to achieve precision, safety, and total customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex residential HVAC system replacements and upgrades to ensure peak system efficiency and longevity.

Masterfully handle copper and PVC piping, alongside intricate high and low voltage electrical wiring.

Mentor and develop junior installation team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.

Drive positive customer outcomes by providing clear communication and resolving technical concerns on the spot.

Maintain a high standard of site organization, ensuring all tools and inventory are managed for maximum job-site productivity.

Perform installations in challenging environments, including attics and crawlspaces, while strictly adhering to safety and building codes.
Qualifications-
2+ years of experience in lead residential HVAC installation roles.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.

Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and navigate tight, temperature-variable spaces.
