Position Summary
Prisma is seeking a Platform & Integrations Engineer to support the continued growth of dokshop, our enterprise eCommerce, fulfillment, and customer experience platform.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across application development, integrations, APIs, databases, and client implementations. You will help connect dokshop to ERP systems, warehouse management systems, identity providers, reporting platforms, and customer environments while supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on execution. Key Responsibilities
Client & Enterprise Integrations
Design, develop, and support integrations between dokshop and external platforms.
Assist with implementations involving:
SAML SSO
Azure AD
Okta
Workday
Veracore
Procurement platforms
Warehouse and fulfillment systems
Build and maintain APIs, data interfaces, and automated data exchanges.

Application Development
Contribute code across both front-end and back-end components of dokshop.
Support custom client functionality and site enhancements.
Participate in feature delivery and modernization initiatives.

Data & Reporting
Develop SQL queries, views, and data extracts.
Support the growth of dokshop's data lake and reporting infrastructure.
Assist in building datasets and integrations that enable analytics without impacting production performance.

Platform Operations
Monitor data quality, integration performance, and system health.
Investigate and resolve production issues.
Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and release readiness.

Required Qualifications
3–6 years of software engineering experience.
Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications.
Strong SQL and relational database skills.
Experience integrating with REST APIs, SOAP services, or EDI/cXML-based systems.
Experience working with Azure cloud services or comparable platforms.
Familiarity with authentication technologies such as:
SAML
OAuth
Azure AD
Okta
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
