Early Childhood Teacher (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool & Pre-K)

We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers to join our licensed early learning center. We have opportunities available in our Infant, Toddler (2's), Preschool (3–4's), and Pre-K (5's) classrooms. If you are passionate about helping children learn through play while providing a safe and nurturing environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS).
- Supervise children at all times while maintaining a positive classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain daily classroom records, lesson plans, and child assessments as required.
- Ensure classrooms remain clean, organized, and compliant with Georgia Bright from the Start licensing regulations.
- Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, handwashing, and classroom routines as appropriate for the age group.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a licensed child care center is preferred.
- CDA, Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC), Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Dependable, positive, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
Requirements
- Must pass Georgia Bright from the Start background check requirements.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Must meet all Georgia licensing requirements for child care employees.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
Preferred Skills

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
