Methuen CDJR — part of The Best Automotive Group — is opening a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building our sales team from the ground up. We’re hiring Salespeople — and you don’t need automotive experience to apply. If you’re a people person who works hard, follows a process, and wants to be paid for what you produce, we will train you to sell Jeeps, Rams, Dodges, and Chryslers the right way. This is one of the few careers where your income is genuinely uncapped — and we’re building this team from day one.
Compensation: $40,000–$100,000+ per year, commission + bonus. Training pay guarantee while you ramp up. Top performers earn six figures — your effort, your pay.
