Role Overview
Provide professional massage and lymphatic drainage services in luxury hospitality settings, including hotels, private properties, and other guest-centered environments. The work requires adaptability, strong technical skill, and the ability to create a calm, consistent, high-quality experience for clients across different settings.
Therapists operate with a high level of independence while staying aligned with Arrive’s service and hospitality standards.
This is a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, professional, effective therapeutic massage
- Provide mobile sessions in hotels and other unique hospitality settings
- Conduct thoughtful client intake and assessment to create a personalized experience for each guest
- Set up and break down mobile massage equipment efficiently and discreetly
- Communicate professionally with guests, hotel staff, and the Arrive team
- Represent the brand with professionalism, quality care, and attention to detail

Additional Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- Professional experience in hotels, spas, luxury wellness, or other hospitality settings
- Experience providing mobile services
- Strong understanding of professional discretion, guest care, and service etiquette
- Interest in continuing education and skill development

Our therapists are thoughtful stewards of the entire experience, creating a sense of ease, professionalism, and care from beginning to end.
Pay: $80.00 - $150.00 per hour
