Team Member (Box Truck Route)

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team. As a Route Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced Team Leader, learning every aspect of the business while developing the skills needed to advance into a Route Driver position with performance-based profit sharing.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload the company truck throughout the day.
- Assist the Team Leader with servicing established commercial recycling accounts.
- Exchange and transport metal recycling containers.
- Sort recyclable metals to maximize value.
- Help keep the route running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Valid driver's license preferred (required for advancement to Route Driver).
- No experience necessary—paid training provided.

This position is designed to develop future Route Drivers. As you gain experience, demonstrate reliability, and become capable of operating a route independently, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Route Driver role with a base salary plus performance-based profit sharing.
