***Hiring for the afternoon shift (4pm to 10:30 pm ) & must be able to work weekends.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of Frozen Yogurt flavors, toppings, Smothies, Juices, & Acai Bowls with speed and accuracy.
- Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling popular products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, counters, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies, manage food safety protocols, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- No Experience required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Must work in a fast-paced environment such as a fast food restaurant or grocery store is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that encourages repeat visits.
