Café Bohème is a European-inspired café serving breakfast, lunch, specialty coffee, fresh juices, and weekend brunch.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Shift Lead to support daily operations and help lead the team on the floor.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and follows through consistently.

Responsibilities
- Support and help run front-of-house operations during service
- Keep service smooth, organized, and efficient
- Monitor food and drink presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and storage
- Train and support team members
- Communicate clearly and report issues in real time
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic admin tasks

Requirements
- Previous café or restaurant experience required
- Leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- Flexible availability including mornings - weekends are a MUST
