Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, motivated Crew Members to join our team at Zaxby’s South Parkway. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering great food and exceptional service with a smile. This role is perfect for those who thrive in lively settings, enjoy working with others, and want to develop their skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
