Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
Work Setting: Field-based throughout Sacramento County
Required Industry Experience
Direct professional experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, account management, or referral development for a non-medical home care or private-duty care agency is required.
Home health experience may be considered relevant additional experience but does not, by itself, satisfy the required non-medical home care experience qualification. Applicants with experience in both non-medical home care and home health are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
The exact base salary offered will be based on directly relevant non-medical home care marketing experience, demonstrated referral-development results, qualifications, and other lawful business factors.
Work Setting and Travel
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to referral partners, community events, and prospective-client locations throughout Santa Clara County.
The employee must be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. When operating a personal or company vehicle for business purposes, the employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and legally required automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Santa Clara County senior-care and healthcare referral landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional referral relationships.
- Experience generating qualified referrals for non-medical home care services.
- Experience contributing to client and census growth.
- Experience using CRM or referral-tracking software.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a regular Monday-through-Friday schedule. Occasional evening or weekend attendance at scheduled networking, community, or professional events may be required.
