You don't need recruiting experience to succeed here.
We're looking for people who have:

- Strong communication and listening skills

- High integrity and professionalism
- The ability to build trust with clients and candidates
- A genuine interest in helping people advance their careers
Recruiting, staffing, business development, account management, hospitality, athletics, customer success, or B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required.
