What You'll Do
You'll greet clients and guests, answer phones, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of care our firm is known for. You'll communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies, request and organize records, and assist our legal team with administrative tasks. You'll also help maintain a welcoming office environment while supporting the daily operations of the firm.

Qualifications
Required:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum of two years of experience in a professional office environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred:
Previous law firm experience
Familiarity with personal injury case management software
Position Details
Full-time, Mon-Fri 40-hour-per-week position
2 weeks of PTO a year
