Roseville Spine Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led specialty practice focused on Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), interventional spine, musculoskeletal medicine, and pain management. We are currently hiring for positions based in our Roseville and Sacramento-area clinics, with clinic assignments determined by practice needs and team coverage.
This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys complex diagnostic medicine, values evidence-based care, and wants to develop advanced expertise in spine, musculoskeletal, and pain conditions. Our practice is not a high-volume medication management clinic. We focus on accurate diagnosis, functional restoration, non-operative treatment strategies, rehabilitation principles, and comprehensive long-term patient care.
Providers typically see 16–20 patients per day, allowing time for thorough evaluations, detailed physical examinations, patient education, and thoughtful treatment planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a clinician who is intellectually curious, highly motivated, and comfortable managing medically complex patients. The ideal candidate enjoys diagnostic problem-solving, continuous learning, and developing specialty expertise rather than practicing broad general medicine.
