Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary and acute care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. This role is well-suited for a provider who values long-term patient relationships and wants to make a difference in a close-knit community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
- Review and interpret laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging results
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with Georgia state regulations
- Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., suturing, joint injections, abscess drainage, lesion removal, etc.)
- Provide patient counseling and education on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR system
Qualifications
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) in the state of Georgia
- Current DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- New grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position (Monday–Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm)
- Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
