What we’re looking for (Requirements)
- Individuals with experience or certification in device repair
- Certifications like Apple, Samsung, or WISE are a plus
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Comfortable using tools, working with technology, and engaging with customers
- Ability to lift up to 20 lb regularly, and up to 50 lb occasionally

Device repair Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, utilizing hand tools and schematic diagrams to identify issues accurately
- Perform hardware repairs including soldering, component replacement, and equipment reconditioning to ensure optimal device performance
- Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, providing effective solutions for customers
- Conduct field service visits for on-site repairs or technical support when required
- Assist customers in selecting devices, accessories, and service plans through engaging retail sales techniques
- Maintain detailed repair logs and documentation of all service activities for quality assurance
- Use analysis skills to evaluate device problems quickly and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades
Sales Associate & Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing the right lighting and battery products
- Explain product options clearly and professionally
- Offer product recommendations and explain all available services to customers
Experience
- Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets with knowledge of operating systems like Android and iOS
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting software issues on Windows or macOS platforms
- Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, schematics, and other technical tools for precise repairs
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex device problems efficiently
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
