Applications for Gallagher’s Summer Associate Program are now open! We are currently hiring students in the class of 2028 for our Summer 2026 and Summer 2027 programs.
Our 10-week program is built to give you a true sense of what it means to practice law at Gallagher. Through a rotation model, you’ll work alongside attorneys in each of our practice groups, taking on meaningful assignments in a feedback-rich, collaborative environment.
We’re looking for candidates who are committed to Baltimore and who bring a team-oriented attitude, humility, and academic strength to their work.
