The Role
As a Flexologist, you'll provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels. You'll be trained in StretchLab's proprietary Flexology technique and become a trusted wellness partner for your clients — building lasting relationships and helping them reach their flexibility and mobility goals.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role perfect for fitness professionals who love helping people and want to be part of a growing wellness community.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Build rapport with clients and track their progress over time
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and mobility work
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Support membership sales and client retention efforts
Who You Are
- Background in personal training, kinesiology, massage therapy, dance, yoga, or a related field preferred
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable working flexible hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience a plus

Schedule
