Boards and Brews Board Game Cafe on Elm Street is looking to hire additional servers to work as a part of a tight-knit team in a fast paced and highly rewarding environment.
Opportunities for bartending and serving are available for candidates who are willing to be dedicated, hard working and adaptive to several different roles.
We encourage candidates with little or no experience in food service to apply. Enthusiasm and dedication are more important to us than experience.
Requirements include:
-Working late hours for closing shifts, especially on weekend nights
-Ability to memorize orders and the menu, as well as our rotating draft beers and specials
-Prioritization and management of many diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent customer service ability
-Clear and effective communication skills with co-workers, managers and customers
-Capacity to work well with a team in an occasionally stressful environment
Optional experience:
-Barista and/or server experience
-Customer service experience
-Interest in and knowledge of board games
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
