Foodservice Equipment Brokers (FEB) is the largest foodservice equipment dealer in Northwest Arkansas. FEB is looking for a Traveling Install Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll travel across the country installing commercial kitchen equipment in new 7 Brew locations. This is a nationwide travel position requiring approximately 80–90% travel. Most trips last 2–4 weeks, with back-to-back installations across multiple states. Some weeks involve long driving days between job sites, while other weeks may have only one installation. Flexibility and a willingness to spend extended time on the road are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver, uncrate, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment according to project schedules and installation specifications.
- Inspect equipment and review basic operation and maintenance with customers.
- Maintain all tools and equipment required for installation.
- Travel nationwide in company vehicles, often visiting multiple states and job sites each week.
- Work safely, professionally, and efficiently while representing FEB on every job site.
- Collaborate with a small installation team to complete projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide 80–90% of the time.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Experience in commercial equipment installation, construction, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, or related trades.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50+ pounds.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, kneeling, climbing ladders, using power tools, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must successfully pass a background and driver's license check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with blueprints and diagrams.
- HVAC or other trade certifications.
- Experience operating boom lifts, telehandlers, or similar equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position offering:
- Starting annual base salary of $45,000
- Site completion bonuses
- Daily per diem while traveling
