We are seeking highly skilled and mature Sr. Java Full Stack Developers with a mastery of Kubernetes to join our enterprise engineering teams on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). Bringing over 12 years of professional software development experience, you will take ownership of end-to-end full stack application development, scaling cloud-native microservices, and leading container deployment strategies.
Crucial Requirement: This role demands deep, hands-on architectural and operational experience with Kubernetes. Candidates without production-level Kubernetes experience will not be considered.
Full Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications using Java enterprise ecosystems alongside modern front-end frameworks.
Microservices & Cloud: Design scalable, distributed backend architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native services.
Container Orchestration: Take full ownership of containerization and orchestration workflows, configuring, deploying, and maintaining workloads directly on Kubernetes clusters.
API & Integration: Build and govern robust, high-throughput RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring clean service contracts and strict security protocols.
CI/CD Optimization: Lead and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless containerized deployments, monitoring, and progressive rollouts.
Technical Leadership: Drive code reviews, technical design sessions, and troubleshoot complex production issues within cloud and containerized environments.
Experience: 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with heavy depth in full stack systems.
Core Backend: Advanced Java expertise, including deep framework proficiency (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, etc.).
Front-End Architecture: Strong experience with modern UI frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Mandatory Containerization: Deep, hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (managing pods, cluster configurations, service meshes, scaling) and Docker/Containers.
Database & Data Layer: Strong proficiency with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
DevOps Practices: Proven track record with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, log monitoring, and telemetry tools in cloud-native environments.
