Taverna Auto Group is Hiring: Service BDC Representative

Taverna Infiniti North Miami is looking for a self-motivated, high-performing Service BDC Representative who is eager to grow and deliver results. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of local service customers each month — responsible for setting appointments, following up, and helping maximize our service drive’s potential.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000+ based on performance.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is experienced in a BDC, service call center, or customer-facing role — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build rapport over the phone. If you’re driven, organized, and goal-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with 300+ inbound/outbound service calls per month
- Schedule service appointments and confirm customer arrival
- Call customers for appointment reminders, missed appointments, and declined services
- Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and DMS systems
Qualifications:
- BDC or call center experience required (automotive service experience required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay: $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year (based on performance)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus opportunities
