Condustrial, Inc is seeking skilled Highway Guardrail Installers / Construction Laborers from the Spartanburg, SC area. Candidates for these positions must be able to commute to the shop in Gaffney, SC daily and travel out of town daily as needed. Must be willing to work overtime, including some weekends and night shift if needed.

This is a full-time temp to permanent position with a leading infrastructure contractor that specializes in highway signage and traffic camera instillation.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Certification in traffic control is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with construction site operations
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations
- Guardrail installation or similar experience is a plus
- Strength and stamina to perform physical tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety
- Must be drug-free at all times
