Pay: $30-$40/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (On-calloccasional weekends required)

We're hiring a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician who can take full ownership of diagnostics, repairs, and customer communication in commercial environments.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems

Clearly explain findings and solutions to customers

Complete accurate job documentation before leaving site

Reduce callbacks through strong first-time fixes

Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities

Maintain truck inventory and job readiness

Mentor apprentices and support team development
What You Bring
Required:

4+ years HVAC service experience
-
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

NATE Certification
-
Strong diagnostic ability

Valid driver's license
Preferred:

VRF, hydronics, or controls experience
-
OSHA 10/30

Trade school background
