We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Duties
- A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for providing a constant supply of clean rooms and linens for the entire hotel.
- Cleans guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
- Cleans, dusts, and removes waste in all areas of guestrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Empty all trash containers, including guest rooms and public areas, and replace them with fresh liners.
- The attendant is responsible for flipping and cleaning rooms, ensuring public spaces are cleaned, folding and organizing the laundry room, as well as restocking linens for the housekeeping team.
- This includes all bedding, towels, and other linens from guest rooms.
- Notifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues, including reporting of any maintenance needs.
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Strong custodial experience with an understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
