Schedule: Full-time preferred (typical 8s/10s available)
Setting: Outpatient / Inpatient / SNF / Home Health (match based on your experience & preference)
We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting opportunity in Stockton, CA with two options in one posting:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based treatment and progress functional outcomes
Document evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, and care coordinators
Educate patients/families and support safe, effective discharge planning
Active California PT license (or ability to obtain quickly)
BLS (AHA preferred)
1+ year clinical PT experience preferred (new grads considered depending on setting)
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-centered care mindset
Experience in ortho, neuro, acute, OP, SNF, or home health
EMR familiarity (varies by site)
