We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager/Manager to supervise a Full Service Car Wash and Detail Center . Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff in customer service, and safety protocols
- Support staff as needed to enhance customer satisfaction

- Proven experience in the service and managerial sector with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of quality control
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Effective team management skills including training, supervising and leadership capabilities
