Wolff PAC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are a locally owned pediatric center with a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Our team includes a Director of Clinical Services, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and dedicated administrative staff.

Our Mission
Our mission is to empower the children we serve and build confidence through compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, you play a vital role in delivering this mission by teaching social skills, communication, self-regulation, and play skills.
Position Overview
Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest or background in:
- Psychology
- Behavioral science
- Early childhood education
- Social work
- Developmental disabilities
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
No prior ABA experience is required. Authenticity and passion is required. Wolff PAC provides paid training and support to help individuals become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Summer interships
WolffPAC is happy to welcome 2-3 summer interns. The candidate must be available for 3 weeks of training in May and is able to complete the internship until early August.
Responsibilities
- Collect behavioral data through direct observation and interaction
- Assist BCBAs with behavior reduction assessments and skill acquisition programs
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Communicate client progress and intervention outcomes with BCBAs
- Prepare and organize materials before sessions; clean and reset after sessions
- Complete medical notes and maintain accurate documentation
- Create and implement program materials for sessions
- Follow responsibilities outlined in the BACB RBT Task List
- Maintain active BLS/CPR and other required certifications
- Adhere to the RBT Ethics Code
Qualifications
- Training for BTs is fully provided by Wolff PAC
- Associate’s degree or enrollment in a bachelor’s program in a related field preferred
- High school diploma accepted with demonstrated experience working with children and a strong interest in education, psychology, medicine, or related fields
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs, move frequently, and remain active throughout the day—be ready to teach and play!
- Ability to pass BCI & FBI background checks and abuse registry checks
- Completion and passing of the RBT Competency Assessment
- Completion and passing of the RBT exam (if not already certified)

Work Schedule & Location
- Location: One on-site location (no remote work)
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Part-Time Availability:
Must be available 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 11:30 AM–4:30 PM (±1 hour), for a minimum of 3 days per week
