Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team, responsible for picking, receiving, and processing inventory using the Fishbowl Inventory system and a Zebra handheld scanning device. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items from inventory locations to fulfill customer or production orders using pick lists
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders, and log receipts into inventory management system
Scan products using a Zebra handheld device to update inventory counts, and locations
Label, sort, and stage products for putaway, shipping, or production
Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits
Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the Warehouse Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company
Operate manual or powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus)
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Experience with Fishbowl Inventory or similar inventory management software is a plus
Comfortable using handheld scanning devices (Zebra or similar) and basic computer systems
Ability to read and follow pick tickets, packing slips, and receiving documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory counts
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
