Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Queens Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.

Welcome residents, visitors, families, vendors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Assist visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries.
Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
Monitor lobby activity and help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with nursing, administration, and other departments.
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Promote a positive experience for residents and guests while representing the facility with professionalism.
Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a busy environment.
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
