Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Build and design custom ductwork as needed for specific installations or repairs.
- Braze components as necessary to ensure secure connections within HVAC systems.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any related issues that may arise during service calls.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues effectively.
- Experience in building and designing ductwork tailored to specific environments.
- Brazing skills for securing components within HVAC systems are preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing as it relates to HVAC installations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
