We're all about creating unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager who can help lead the way and keep the good vibes going every single day.
The Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll help run the day-to-day operations with a focus on happy guests, smooth service, and a strong supported team. You'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the front desk, bar, axe range, arcade/redemption area, and all guest-facing action. You'll also lend a hand with bar operations and inventory - making sure everything's stocked, organized, and running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep the front desk, bar, arcade, and axe throwing areas running like clockwork
- Lead on the floor - answer questions, solve problems, and keep guests smiling
- Set the example for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Train, motivate, and support your team to deliver awesome service
- Handle group events, party check-ins, and bookings with confidence
- Keep an eye on guest feedback and help resolve any issues quickly
- Assist with bar operations and inventory - making sure everything's stocked, organized, and flowing smoothly
- Make sure every guest area looks great and feels welcoming
- Jump in wherever you're needed - teamwork makes it happen
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, service, or entertainment management
- A guest-first mindset and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Great at multitasking and managing busy nights
- Open availability (nights, weekends, and holiday included)
- Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a bonus
- Must be 21

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
