Key Responsibilities
Harvest Receiving & Tanking: Operate pumps, hoses, manifolds, and valves to safely transfer incoming fresh olives, brine, or oil into storage tanks.
Forklift & Bin Handling: Safely operate narrow aisle reach trucks and standard forklifts to transport, stage, and unload heavy olive bins throughout the facility.
Tank Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform thorough chemical cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing of storage tanks, processing vessels, hoses, and transfer lines before and after every fill cycle.
Monitoring & Testing: Inspect tank levels, monitor fluid temperatures, check brine/pH levels, and take accurate inventory logs during receiving shifts.
Data & Record Keeping: Accurately log lot numbers, tank assignments, gallonage/tonnage, and sanitation logs into production tracking systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work on elevated tank walkways, and stand for extended periods.
Work Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, night shifts, and weekends during peak harvest season.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Pay: $17.90 - $18.50 per hour
