We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager for our high-volume concept. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a passion for guest service, the ability to develop meaningful relationships, and the drive to achieve results through team building and floor presence.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

4+ years of Full-Service General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual or casual environment

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality

Strong leadership ability, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity to lead a large team

Build respectful relationships with every member while holding them accountable - integrity is essential

Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail

A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience

Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operation costs

Ability to manage all cost control centers and build sales through proper training and follow-through

Proven ability to hire and grow strong teams, maintain high retention rates, and build bench strength
