Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Finance Manager to lead and scale our U.S. finance operations.
This role requires strong hands-on U.S. finance and tax experience and exposure to multi-GAAP environments.
The position will also support cross-border operations, including coordination with Latin America and China.
Key Responsibilities
Lead U.S. finance operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage U.S. tax compliance, filings, and external advisors.
Oversee U.S. GAAP accounting and support China GAAP reporting.
Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
Coordinate with Mexico and Brazil finance teams (supporting role).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of finance/accounting experience.
Hands-on U.S. finance and tax experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Must be open to periodic short-term business travel to Mexico and Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification.
Familiarity with China GAAP.
Multinational experience.
Exposure to Mexico or Brazil operations.
ERP system experience.
