Guiding Steps Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC, a growing private practice located in Streetsboro, OH is looking for a therapist to fill an independent contractor position.
Qualifications:
- Education - Master's or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Licensure - IMFT, LPCC, LISW; Will consider LPC
- Experience - At least 1 year clinical experience. 2+ years preferred.
Who we are looking for:
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work with children, adolescents, and adults. Couples work is a plus.
- Timely with completing clinical progress notes
- Experience with diagnosing and creating and maintaining treatment plans
- Background in trauma and anxiety preferred
Job details:
- 1099 contractor position
- Flexible schedule; choose the hours and days you want to see clients. Therapist controls their own schedule.
- Start within 30-90 days; times varies based on insurance credentialing process
- Office space provided for the therapist
- EHR provided
- Clinician reponsible for obtaining liability insurance
