General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for an experienced and certified Turnover Coordinator for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area!
Job Responsibilities:

Overall hands-on organization of the renovations team

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly

Schedule upgrades for units
-
Order materials
-
Ensure completion of HVAC unit repairs
-
Prepare units for move-ins
-
Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary
-
Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations
-
Maintain paperwork
Requirements:
To be a top candidate:
-
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in general building maintenance
-
EPA certification(s) are a plus
-
Have a vast knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance repairs, and interior/exterior maintenance
