What You’ll Do:
- Lead all kitchen operations: prep, production, food quality, and line execution
- Manage and mentor BOH team members; oversee training and scheduling
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
- Control food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering
- Work directly with ownership to develop and improve kitchen systems
- Be a key player in building a positive, professional kitchen culture from day one
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of back-of-house restaurant experience (pizza or high-volume preferred)
- Proven leadership in a kitchen manager or sous chef role
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate BOH staff
- Food Safety Certification and experience with health inspections
- Reliable, driven, organized, and passionate about great food
