Duties:
· Provision of all basic dental hygiene services scope.
· Work cooperatively with the dental team.
· Accurately report and record patient information.
· Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction to patient.
Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program. Ability to be licensed in Minnesota. May include travel to various clinical locations and schools for willing provider.
