Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP State License and CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current Educator Certificate
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable with in-person work and capable of on-site SLPA supervision (hybrid schedule considered with a minimum of 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to early childhood students (caseload typically 50-55)
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and family conferences
