AVA Glass Hardware is a fast-growing frameless shower door and glass hardware company serving contractors, glass shops, remodelers, builders, and homeowners throughout Southern California.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant with a focus on Social Media to help strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support business growth through creative digital marketing and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Support the management of social media advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through social media and follow-up communication.
- Welcome customers visiting our showroom with a friendly, professional attitude and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to help convert online inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and local marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly marketing reports and support branding, product launches, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Major in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Chinese proficiency is required.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and confident interacting with customers both online and in person.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Passion for social media, branding, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is available.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
