Cut Rite Lawn and Snow Removal Service is a growing landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients with lawn maintenance, landscape and outdoor property services. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Field Operations Manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This is a working management position where you'll lead crews, oversee daily operations, and work alongside your team to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews in the field.
- Work alongside employees on landscape installation and maintenance projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily schedules and crew assignments.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Perform job site inspections and address issues as they arise.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure they are maintained properly.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and evaluating field employees.
- Work closely with the owner to improve operations and support company growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising landscaping crews.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and perform physical labor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Pay is commensurate with experience
