Job Summary
We are a high-level, fast-paced OB-GYN private practice in Beverly Hills seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in fertility to join our team. Our office serves a discerning patient population and is known for excellence in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, women’s health, and comprehensive care.
This role requires clinical confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to move fluidly between patient care and operational support.
Core Responsibilities
- Accompany physician into patient appointments and assist in real time
- Document detailed and accurate clinical notes during visits in EMR (Athena preferred)
- Ensure all aspects of the visit are completed, including:
- Prescription orders
- Imaging orders
- Lab orders
- Referrals
- Follow-up instructions
- Perform clinical assessments and triage patient concerns
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Assist with in-office procedures and pre/post-operative care
- Review lab and imaging results with patients (as directed by physician)
- Coordinate care plans and follow-up
- Support physician and PAs during clinic
- Support physician workflow by anticipating next steps during appointments
- Provide clinical clarification to patients as directed by physician
- Reinforce care plans and post-visit instructions
- Assist with in-office procedures as needed
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient discretion

Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 3–5 years RN experience (OB-GYN or surgical practice preferred)
- Strong EMR proficiency
- Experience in private practice preferred
- Professional, calm demeanor under pressure
- High level of discretion with high-profile clientele
