Our South Congress showroom is where product meets people — and where detail-driven operations meet exceptional client experience. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive team member to help support daily operations and create a seamless experience for our clients.
Schedule: This is a full-time, in-person position, Saturday-Wed
Job responsibilities include:
- Lead end-of-day jewelry packing: print labels, lay out items, coordinate final quality checks, and prepare for shipping
- Receive and process new inventory: unbox, label, organize, and update internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely fulfillment workflows
- Maintain and update our digital systems (Dropbox, Monday.com, Lightroom) for accurate product and media tracking
- Help identify and label jewelry components during intake
- Greet clients, verify IDs, offer beverages, and assist with appointment flow
- Maintain a polished and tidy showroom environment between appointments
- Confirm client appointments via phone and text
- Assist with appointment prep and inventory confirmations
- Answer inbound phone calls and help with in-person transactions
Candidates must be/ have:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using (or learning) tools like Dropbox, Monday.com, Google Drive, and Lightroom
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interfacing with clients
Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $45k - 50k. Offer will be based on relevant experience and skills.
