Diplomat Apartments is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations for our apartment community in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone with broad maintenance skills who takes pride in keeping residential units and common areas in excellent condition.
Responsibilities

Perform general apartment maintenance and unit turns

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), appliances, drywall, doors, locks, and fixtures

Respond to maintenance work orders and occasional after-hours emergencies

Maintain common areas, grounds, and exterior items as needed

Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are required

Ensure units are rent-ready in a timely manner

Follow safety procedures and property standards
Qualifications

Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and basic HVAC

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Valid driver’s license required

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
